We specialize in:

4. Payment Terms

- •Hosting & Care: $99/month USD
- •All payments are automatic via saved billing method
- •Late or failed payments may pause service
5. Refund Policy
30-day money-back guarantee on your first month of Hosting & Care service.
- •Refunds exclude any third-party costs (domains, ads, premium plugins)
- •After 30 days, all fees are non-refundable
6. Ownership & Access
After the 3-month minimum term:
- ✓You own your website, content, and domain
- ✓You may request a full code or site export
- ✓Third-party assets remain under their original licenses
7. Domains & Email
- •Setup My Dream includes one standard domain (.com, .org, .net) for the first year
- •Premium domains or transfers may incur additional costs
- •You may transfer your domain after the initial 3-month term
8. AI Services Disclaimer
AI add-ons are pilot programs designed to enhance your business operations.
While we strive for accuracy, Setup My Dream does not guarantee perfection in AI-generated content, scheduling, or communications. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI outputs before publication or use.
9. Service Availability
Occasional maintenance or updates may cause temporary downtime.
We use industry-leading systems (Cloudflare Pages, Next.js Edge Functions) to ensure speed, security, and reliability.
10. Cancellation Policy
After your 3-month minimum term, you may cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice.
Upon cancellation:
- •Hosting and monitoring end after your paid term
- •Backups and updates stop
- •You may request a website export before the cancellation date
11. Limitation of Liability
Setup My Dream is not liable for:
- •Lost profits, data, or opportunities from downtime or misuse
- •Errors from third-party providers (Google, Meta, domain registrars, etc.)
- •Any indirect or consequential damages exceeding fees paid in the prior 3 months
12. Compliance & Data
- ✓We follow best practices for data privacy and accessibility
- ✓Clients are responsible for ensuring their own compliance (ADA, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
- ✓We never sell personal data or use client data beyond operational needs
13. Portfolio & Attribution
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Setup My Dream may display completed websites or logos in our portfolio and marketing materials to showcase our design work.
